Grupo Pioneiro — integrated poultry since 1983

Grupo Pioneiro comprises Frangos Pioneiro, Maná Alimentos and Mana Foods — feed production, live production through 307 integrated growers, slaughter, further processing and international export from Joaquim Távora, Paraná.

Operations

From feed to frozen export cuts

The feed mill produces 800 tonnes daily for the integration system. The Mana Foods slaughter line runs at 10,000 birds per hour (160,000 per day), yielding approximately 380 tonnes of product. Maná Alimentos adds 90 tonnes/day of sausages and mortadella for the domestic market.

Rações Pioneira in Ribeirão do Pinhal supplies commercial feed for cattle, swine and equine markets. Across the group, more than 2,000 employees work in northern Paraná.

Mana Foods is the export brand — present in Japan as a quality reference and in countries across Africa and the Middle East, with approvals extending to Asia and the Americas.
