Inner Fillet (Sassami) is a frozen (iqf) export cut from Mana Foods, produced at Grupo Pioneiro's integrated complex in northern Paraná, Brazil — vertically integrated from one-day-old chicks through feed, grow-out and SIF-inspected slaughter.
All birds originate from the Pioneiro integration system (Mana Foods line) with full sanitary control programmes audited under Brazil's federal inspection service (SIF).
