Certifications & quality systems
Export poultry from Mana Foods is produced under Brazil's federal inspection system with Halal certification and environmental licences — the documentation base importers need for registration and tenders.
Inspection, Halal and traceability
Every export lot is produced under programmes audited by Brazil's Ministry of Agriculture (MAPA) through the federal inspection service (SIF). Halal certification supports Middle East and North Africa programmes. Vertical integration from chick to carton enables lot-level traceability for customs and buyer registration.
All slaughter and cutting runs under SIF with sanitary self-control programmes audited by MAPA. Plants follow good manufacturing practices for poultry processing and cold storage.
Islamic Halal certification supports export to Middle East, North Africa and Halal-assured programmes worldwide. Certificate copies are available on request for registration dossiers.
Vertical integration from one-day-old chicks through feed, grow-out and slaughter enables lot-level traceability for export documentation, recalls and buyer audits.
Effluent treatment, waste recycling and organic fertiliser from processing by-products meet group environmental commitments and licensing requirements in Paraná.
